As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in adult psychotherapy and grief counseling, I focus on promoting encouragement, inspiration, and wellness for optimal living.  Additionally, I've worked as a nurse in the healthcare field for over two decades, working in Podiatry, Neuropsychology, and Behavioral Health Services at the Mt VA Outpatient Clinic.

What's more, I'm the author of the award-winning book The Grandest Thing of All, which received the 2023 Book of the Year Creative Child Award in the Family Story Books category. The book emphasizes the impact of meaningful interactions between grandparents and grandchildren on a child's development of secure attachment. My commitment to honoring our past, present, and future military veterans further motivates me and led to my cycling journey across the US from San Diego, CA to St. Augustine, FLA in appreciation.
