As Practice Manager of Emmaus Counseling Services of MT, I oversee numerous organizational, leadership and managerial activities to maintain and develop the practice. My day-to-day functions may encompass establishing and enacting reliable practices, making sure protocols and processes conform to applicable laws and industry regulations, tracking a multitude of administrative responsibilities, supervising daily operations, for example, billing, debt collections, claims, accounts receivable, both internal and external customer service, and adhering to HIPAA security regulations online. In addition, I collaborate with Vendors to address any troubleshooting needs that arise.
